Fun on the Web Oct 8 2014 Job advice

When you start a new job things are different. It never pays to relax right away when you start. You probably are on probation or if working with an agency you may still be temporary and subject to different rules and expectations than a long term employee.

Robert Half is a well respected permanent placement agency which has 345 branches all over the worl. They also have temporary placement through Accountemps, SPS, and Office Team.Although they started in the finance areas they have branched out into legal, technology, design, marketing, advertising and public relations talent as well.

They publish a salary guide

and a blog with lots of helpful advice
