So aside from work being busy I had four Meetups this week.One was book club where I talked them into reading a book I already have planned to read (and have on my nightstand). I also agreed to go to the movie of the book we just read in a few weeks. The other three Meetups were dinners.
Monday night we went to the only restaurant in Wisconsin with its own farm Parkside 23 where I had the Braised Short Rib Sandwich, which was terrific. They offer a Farm Supper with Beer and Wine Pairings but its too rich for my taste but I will go back again sometime,

Wednesday night was Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill/ That is a special spicy shrimp menu only served on Wednesdays. Once again this was a Meetup so with people I may not know well but we get better acquainted each time we meet.

Friday is Fish Fry in Wisconsin so I was at am old favorite The Gasthaus, one of the Weigerber places. I have been there many times but not lately. It was delightful as always.

I left there to pick up my grandson who was hanging out with friends so it was a late night after driving both ways. Now I am contemplating what I am doing for the rest of the holiday weekend. I have been watching old "Behind the Music" VH1 videos but I did pick up some videos at the library. Maybe that is tonight/
