Fun on the Web December 5 2013 2013 Hoaxes

Still suffering with the creeping crud that has laid me out for all 4 days of the holiday weekend. Seriously I spent it under the covers. Anyway I am on the mend but common its been 10 days and I have tried Emergen C, Zicam, and now surviving on Nyquil and Dayquil plus pockets full of tissues and Halls Cough Drops. Probably TMI but I am sooo sick of being sick!

Anyway, today's bit of fun is 2013 Hoaxes. I always suggest trying Snopes http://www.snopes.com/ or Hoax Busters http://hoaxbusters.org/ when things seem a little off. (They can also be some fun rainy day/snow day reading.) But on to the article on 2013 Hoaxes:
