Happy National Poultry Day . . . is it chicken for supper to break up all that corned beef you have leftover? It is here, I have chicken taco meat defrosting since I make it and package it into baggies in my freezer. Served along with some beautiful Campari Tomatoes, black olives, green onion, and maybe lettuce, it will be easy on a day promising to hit 82 degrees in MARCH in WISCONSIN!!!

Capturing my ongoing fascination with the depth and breadth of internet sites out there.
