Fun on the Web April 18 2014 Best Hard Boiled Eggs
Best Hard Boiled Eggs
Place eggs in a pan and cover with cold water with a splash of vinegar.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Boil for about 7 minutes; then cover and turn off the heat.
After about 20 minutes, drain water from eggs and replace the lid. Getting a firm hold on the pot and lid, shake the pan up and down to crack the eggs or just take them out and crack a few times on the counter using a hot pad (or fill pot with cold water, soak to chill a bit ..then when they are no longer hot I crack each egg a few times all over egg.)
Cover with cold water and let them sit till the water is able to seep under the shells.
Then (SURPRISE!) peel the shells from the eggs. If they were properly cracked, the shells will peel right off beautifully….great for deviled eggs or egg salad …Good Luck…

Fun on the Web April 17 2014 Crazy Week
I'm having a crazy week and right now I hurt. Between the arthritis and my back, I'm not sure what's worse. The weather is not cooperating with spring so far and that means every day is grinding at my bones. I did read in the chiropractic office about some work being done to repair joints called distraction for arthritis.

Right now my biggest problem is my neck and head which are killing me so I am headed for ibuprofen. That should help.
