Fun on the Web Jan 30 2013 DIY Baking Mixes

I don't normally plug my recipe blog http://bluesbabys-rants.blogspot.com/ but this is kind of a crossover day. It's a snow day here with 3-5 inches predicted and winds at 20-30 mph gusting to 40 mph so cooking is on my mind. When the kids were small I used to make my own baking mixes. I have long since stopped doing that since I don't bake anymore except for Christmas and the occasional boxed brownie mix but these were so handy and much better than the box variety.

She gives the cost break down and even suggests where to get containers. I have quite a batch of containers on hand so I may whip up some batches this afternoon.
